RETURN POLICY
Customers must obtain prior approval to shipping an item/order back to My Diabetics World. It is the customer's responsibility that the items/order make it safely back to My Diabetics World. The balance will be credited to the customer's account unless other arrangements are made.
EXCHANGES, DAMAGE CLAIMS & SHORTAGES
All claims, shortages, and exchanges must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Do not discard the original packaging as this may result in the claim being denied.
